Paddington Penthouse was envisioned and implemented by SHH and stretches over a surface of 4700 square feet. The project is the result of a merger between two apartments located on the 14th and 15th floor of a new building in the Paddington Basin in London. According to the architects, the brief was to “create a contemporary but luxurious interior in cool grays and dark browns, with a series of flexible spaces, particularly in the main living area, where a feature island wall separates formal and informal lounge and dining spaces. Accommodation includes five bedrooms (four of which are en suite); two reception rooms; two kitchens; a guest bathroom and a cinema/media room. Space was maximized throughout with custom-designed furniture fitting the available spaces exactly“.
