Workflow is a virtual desktop, the core of arcilook.com. Thanks to this feature our members can comprehensively manage projects online. It allows you to work on a couple of projects at the same time with full visibility and control over them. The components of this software provide a wide range of possibilities such as estimation and planning, scheduling, managing tasks and time. Until now there have been five components within the application. Nevertheless, we decided to create a new “Recent activity” feature in order to make our members’ lives easier!
“Recent activity” feature allows our members to manage their projects more transparently. Thanks to that solution you can see all important information concerning your projects. Even if you have many projects in many companies you are still able to manage all your to-dos. You will be always up-to-date with a current task. You can also see your co-workers’ activity in a project that you participate in.
You can decide individually what is the most important aspect of your project. By the sort button you can choose a display method. Every single detail of your project which is crucial to you will appear in a transparent way. A fast look is enough to find out what you need to do in a particular project.
